We are excited to announce that the registration for the second MRtrix3 workshop is now open!

This year’s workshop will be held in Antwerp, Belgium:

The ASTRA toolbox is a MATLAB and Python toolbox for high-performance 2D and 3D tomographic reconstruction (www.astra-toolbox.com). The ASTRA toolbox training school introduces the numerous functionalities of the toolbox. First, the participants will get to know the basic concepts of the toolbox. Later on, more advanced topics such as flexible geometries and discrete tomography will be addressed. During the numerous practice sessions the participants will get hands-on experience with the ASTRA toolbox.

Program:

The very first Belgian workshop on processing diffusion MRI data using MRtrix3 will be held at the University of Antwerp on September 23 and will feature Dr. Jacques-Donald Tournier (Division of Imaging Sciences & Biomedical Engineering, King's College London), the original architect and lead developer of MRtrix, on the faculty!
