Abstract:

This study investigated whether retrospective real-world MR image databases can be used to obtain MR-based biomarkers of multiple sclerosis (MS) disability by examining correlations between Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) scores and volumetric measurements from reconstructed T2-weighted fluid-attenuated inversion recovery (FLAIR) in people with MS (PwMS).
