Biography: 

I'm a Ph. D. candidate at IMEC-Vision Lab (University of Antwerp). My main research subject is Diffusion-Weighted MRI.

Research

The overarching objective of my PhD is to establish Multi-Tissue-Spherical Deconvolution (MT-SD) as the de facto standard for diffusion MRI analysis in clinical routine. To this end, I will address the major issues that are currently holding back adoption in the clinic by setting the following specific research objectives:
1) Optimal experimental design for MT-SD
2) A ‘one-click’ preprocessing solution for MT-SD
3) Robust estimator for MT-SD density parameters
